About Michelle
Michelle is a distinguished professional with over 30 years of experience in Government, including 15 years dedicated to employee safety. As a nationally recognized Subject Matter Expert in Workplace Safety, Wellbeing and Culture, she is a sought-after speaker in these fields. Michelle has won multiple awards for her contributions and for successfully initiating two (2) wellbeing reforms across separate Government sectors, enhancing the lives of thousands of workers. Michelle has been a guest speaker at multiple events, including the National Safety Conference, Public Service Association (PSA) Women’s Conference, and the NSW Police Force International Women’s Day Conference in 2025. In 2026 she became a National Workplace Health and Safety Ambassador and a State finalist for the 2026 Champions of Safety Awards.
