National Workplace Health & Safety Ambassador 2026

Michelle is honored to be appointed as a National Work Health & Safety Ambassador for 2026 as a Subject Matter Expert and Speaker in Workplace Safety, Wellbeing and Culture. The Workplace Health & Safety Show has introduced a group of respected industry leaders known as Safety Ambassadors. These ambassadors are dedicated to advancing WHS conversations beyond compliance and into everyday practice. About Michelle

Michelle is a distinguished professional with over 30 years of experience in Government, including 15 years dedicated to employee safety. As a nationally recognized Subject Matter Expert in Workplace Safety, Wellbeing and Culture, she is a sought-after speaker in these fields. Michelle has won multiple awards for her contributions and for successfully initiating two (2) wellbeing reforms across separate Government sectors, enhancing the lives of thousands of workers. Michelle has been a guest speaker at multiple events, including the National Safety Conference, Public Service Association (PSA) Women’s Conference, and the NSW Police Force International Women’s Day Conference in 2025.
