As a nationally recognized Subject Matter Expert in Workplace Safety, Wellbeing and Culture, she is a sought-after speaker in these fields. Michelle has won multiple awards for her contributions and for successfully initiating two (2) wellbeing reforms across separate Government sectors, enhancing the lives of thousands of workers.
