Women at Work

About Women at Work

Women at Work is a workplace-focused initiative led by Michelle Boundy, centered on improving psychological safety, respectful workplace culture, and WHS (workplace) outcomes. As part of this work, Michelle actively meets with Ministers and Commissioners to address the issues women face in the workplace and champions the outstanding efforts underway in the Government to enhance the lives of women and strengthen their ability to thrive in Australian workplaces. It was created to address a critical gap in how workplaces understand and respond to:

⭐Psychological Risk

⭐Workplace culture and behaviour

⭐Gendered workplace challenges

⭐Leadership accountability

⭐Safety beyond compliance

Today, it operates as a high-level advisory and education platform supporting organisations to build safer, more respectful and higher performing workplaces
