Our Signature Keynotes

Two keynotes. One purpose.

To inspire courageous leadership and create workplaces where people can be safe, respected, and empowered to thrive.

She Has the Courage to Lead

Inspired by our She Has the Courage to Lead podcast, this keynote draws on powerful conversations with the people driving change across Australia—including Ministers, Commissioners, Government leaders and influential changemakers. Through real stories, leadership lessons and candid insights, She Has the Courage to Lead explores what it takes to lead with courage, challenge the status quo and create meaningful change.

The keynote goes beyond leadership titles and positions to explore the choices, conversations and actions that define courageous leadership. It examines what it means to lead with integrity, speak up when it matters, navigate complexity, build trust and create workplaces where people feel safe, respected and able to contribute. Michelle shares practical insights into the realities of leadership—including the courage to have difficult conversations, challenge behaviours and systems that are not working, support others to speak up, and turn good intentions into meaningful action.

This keynote explores:

⭐ What does courageous leadership really look like?

⭐ How do leaders create cultures where people feel safe to speak up?

⭐ What does it take to challenge the status quo?

⭐ How can leaders turn influence into meaningful action?

⭐ What role does courage play in creating better experiences for women at work?

⭐ How can leaders lead with purpose, integrity, and accountability?

At its heart, She Has the Courage to Lead is about leadership that moves beyond words—leadership that listens, challenges, acts, and creates change.

A keynote designed to inspire leaders to think differently, lead courageously, and create change that matters.

He Has the Courage to Lead

He Has the Courage to Lead is a powerful keynote about men who choose to stand beside women at work—not just as allies, but as leaders willing to speak up, challenge harmful behaviours and help create workplaces where women can thrive. Drawing on Michelle’s expertise in leadership, workplace safety, wellbeing and culture, the keynote explores the important role men can play in creating safer, healthier and more inclusive workplaces for women. It challenges men to recognise and call out behaviours that impact women at work, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, sexism, misogyny, and behaviours that silence or exclude women.

The keynote explores what courageous leadership looks like in practice: speaking up when something isn’t right, challenging inappropriate behaviour, supporting women who speak up, creating psychological safety, and using influence to shape positive workplace culture. At its heart, He Has the Courage to Lead is about men who want to see women succeed—men who listen, speak up, challenge the status quo, create space for women to be heard, and use their leadership to influence change. Because supporting women at work isn’t just a conversation for women. It’s a leadership responsibility.

This keynote asks:

⭐ Do you have the courage to lead?

⭐ Do you have the courage to speak up?

⭐ Do you have the courage to call it out?

⭐ Do you have the courage to challenge the status quo?

⭐ Do you have the courage to help women thrive?

A keynote designed to inspire men to lead courageously, speak up, challenge harmful behaviours, and create workplaces where women can thrive.
